22' Wide Homes
New for 2010! A 22' wide home is somewhat of a hybrid design, using qualities from a manufactured single wide home as well as a modular or RTM home. 22' wide homes are offered in either manufactured specs or modular specs, and may require special shipping requirements. A 22' home built to manufactured specs remains on the frame on which it was built in our controlled factory environment and is blocked and leveled on location. A 22' home built to modular specs is built on a frame, but removed when placed on a basement or crawlspace.
