Grandeur a 100% Canadian company and is privately owned by shareholders and operated by a board of directors and our 200,000 square feet of production space employs over 270 qualified and dedicated employees.
Grandeur Housing distributes modular, RTM, and manufactured homes and buildings to the local market including Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario. We also provide dealers from across the prairies with quality homes to sell.
It all began with a small group of investors in February 1976. The original goal was to compete in the market by building high quality products which has continued as the main goal today. As time has passed, goals have evolved and been added along with new and innovative builds. Grandeur has created markets and expanded our horizons greatly by increasing our product line while maintaining a commitment to quality.
The residential products that Grandeur offers appeal to a wide variety of people from across Canada. Manufactured homes are often a positive alternative for first home buyers, those looking for a retirement home, or for growing families. These homes can be customized to suit each customer’s needs. Modular and Ready-To-Move (RTM) are often a choice of those looking to build an affordable, mid-size home placed on a permanent foundation or those who are ready to build their dream home.
Designed to provide maximum utility and comfort, Grandeur’s commercial and industrial buildings are constructed to meet your needs. Our product line-up includes workforce accommodations, functional offices, daycares, portable classrooms, and motels to name a few. No matter the size of your project, Grandeur will work with you to custom design your building.
Grandeur prides itself in being a community oriented company. From projects for local charities, organizations and parks, donating to various charities throughout the year, and contributing to the growing city of Winkler and its surrounding areas, Grandeur is proud to be part of southern Manitoba.
Most of us are reminded daily of how important it is to take care of the environment we live in. As businesses and families make changes to encourage a “greener” world, Grandeur is constantly working new environmental friendly innovations into our building process.
