When purchasing a Grandeur home, you work directly with qualified representatives to design your home by either choosing from the many stock home plans we have available or designing a custom home made for you. So how do you decide what type of Grandeur home is right for you?  Here are a few questions to consider:

  • Foundation – What type of foundation do you want – basement, crawlspace, screw piles, block and pad?
  • Size – Is your lot large enough for the home you want?
  • Zoning – Are manufactured homes allowed on the lot?
  • Access – Does the lot and surrounding area allow for a manufactured home to be delivered and set up?
  • Services – Can the requirements for hydro, water, and sewer be met?

Once you’ve got these basic questions answered, you can start designing your home. Below is information regarding how our homes are built and the types of homes available to help you get the home buying process started. As always, our experienced Sales Representatives are available to help you through this process as well.

About Our Homes

All Grandeur homes are built in a controlled environment where weather conditions, material loss, and cost overruns will not affect the building of your home. Our factory built homes go through an assembly line production process where quality control inspections are performed throughout the construction process to ensure your home meets and exceeds all applicable building codes and Grandeur’s quality standards. Also, to ensure a safe and secure trip to your property, Grandeur homes are built using superior building innovations and precise techniques that make Grandeur homes stronger than traditionally built homes. Precision building techniques also make your home energy efficient which results in long-term cost savings making your home an investment for the future.

Modular Homes

Modular homes are built in sections or units in our indoor factory. All units are safe from adverse weather conditions and move through the factory with the company’s quality control department checking them every step of the way. Modules that are completed are covered for protection and then transported to your home site and placed on a pre-made foundation, attached, and completed by local builders or a setup crew supplied by Grandeur Housing.
