A Ready-to-Move home (RTM) is actually a modular home, is built in one piece in compliance with local and national building codes and can be placed on a basement or crawlspace. These homes may be built up to 2400 square feet in our controlled factory environment and is then placed on your building lot by a professional set-up crew.
